WCI focuses on areas where they can deliver exceptional value. With 21 years experience of delivering Lean solutions to mission-critical organisations, the same successful principles are being used in healthcare. This has enabled over 200 NHS Trusts to meet government targets, streamline processes and satisfy local clinical requirements. An example of this is where Lean techniques have been used to improve the discharge summary process, enabling timely, accurate and consistent delivery of patient data directly to GP practices and systems.
